Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy explains what health data Lyron may have, only if you choose to share it, and what we do with it. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
What health data Lyron may have
- If you connect Apple Health from the iPhone app: your steps, sleep, exercise, and energy.
- What you talk about with a well-being agent (for example, how you're feeling).
- What can be inferred from that (for example, your mood for the week in your agent's notes).
Why
For your goals and routines (for example, letting you know if you walked less today than you planned) and so your well-being agent remembers how you're doing. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
With the same companies that process data for Lyron (see the Privacy Policy), only what's needed and without your private details. We don't sell your health data or use it for ads. A private agent doesn't share your conversations with anyone, not even Lyron.
Your consent
We only process your health data with your express consent. You can withdraw it at any time: disconnect Apple Health in the app, or delete the agent and its notes. [TO BE FILLED IN: how express consent is collected, with counsel]
How to delete it
In the app: delete your agent's notes or the whole agent, disconnect Apple Health, or delete your account (everything is deleted). You can also email [TO BE FILLED IN: privacy email].
Your rights
You can find out what health data we have, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and withdraw your consent, without it affecting the rest of the service. We'll reply within [TO BE FILLED IN] days.
If you're going through a hard time, get help now: see our crisis protocol.
